Can I Track My Order?
We work closely with our courier to deliver your parcel. If you have provided a mobile number you may receive a text with a delivery window and ways to reorganise delivery if you will not be in.
If you have not received your parcel within the service levels and have not heard from the courier. Please contact our customer service team here and they will be happy to look into it for you.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Standard Delivery - €4.95 on a 3 - 5 working day service. Orders over € qualify for free standard delivery
Which Countries Do You Deliver To?
We currently only deliver to a selection of European UK. Our sister site Altura.co.uk services the UK in Pounds Sterling.
We are only able to ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
What Should I do If I have Forgotten My Account Password?
To reset your password, please visit My Account, select ‘Sign In’ and ‘Forgotten Password’. You will be asked to enter your email address and an email will be sent with a new temporary password. Once you have used this password to access your account you will be prompted to reset it.
Delivery date depends on the service you have chosen and the day/time of ordering.
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days, but can be quicker than that.
Orders placed after 3pm, on working days, will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday, unless there is a bank holiday.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We will refund the card you used to pay for your purchase and this will be done within 14 days of us receiving your item back.
My Item Has Developed A Fault, What Should I Do?
In the unlikely event your purchase develops a problem Altura are here to help.
All Altura items come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects; if your product has developed a fault all you need to do is return it to us with your returns form and let us know the problem. Once we have it back we will take a look at the issue and if it is found to be faulty we will arrange to refund you.
Please note we can only handle warranty claims for items purchased from www.altura.eu. Should you have an issue with a product you have purchased from a retailer, please return the item back to them and they will handle your warranty claim.
How Do I Wash My Altura Clothing?
Follow the instructions displayed on the garment care label inside every product. The instructions on the garment always supersede the instructions on a cleaning product.
As a general rule DO NOT use fabric softeners and DO NOT tumble dry. If using a washing machine you should only wash at 30 degrees C and use Non Biologic detergent.
All Altura garments are made from technical fabrics with specific properties to enhance comfort and performance while riding. Garments must be washed regularly in line with the specific washing instructions to ensure the technical fabrics continue to function at a high level.
The frequency of washing varies greatly dependant on type of use, conditions and personal preference. Don't be afraid to wash technical clothing, provided washing instructions are followed washing will enhance performance.
Commuter on a daily basis = wash it weekly Occasional user = wash it monthly Heavy use = wash after each use
Altura shorts and tights with padded inserts have antibacterial properties but we still advise that these should be washed after every use. Avoid biological detergents and ensure garments are not left wet for long periods as this can affect the performance of the insert.
Please note that if you are using biological washing powders in your washing machine it is advisable to rinse the machine before washing technical clothing.
Will The Item Be The Exact Colour Shown On The Website?
Every care has been taken to use images that most accurately reflect the actual colour of garments. However, slight variations may occur.
This is also subject to the colour settings on the device you view the site on. This may be set to an altered contrast or colour balance.

I Am Between Sizes - Which Should I Go For?
As much as we'd love to be able to advise on the right size for you, the best thing is to see what is the most comfortable for you.
What Are The Terms And Conditions For Promotional Codes?
Valid only on purchases on the website altura.eu, unless participating retailers are advertised.
Some promotional codes require users to register for an account.
Codes can only be redeemed at the time of the transaction and cannot be applied to historical orders.
Codes are valid on in stock product only and my be limited to specific items.
Returned items bought on a promotion are only eligible for a refund equal to the original purchase price.
Where a promotion offers a free product, e.g. Buy Jacket "x" and get "y" socks for free. The free product must be returned with the main product to qualify for a full refund on the main product.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.
Codes are intended for use by the recipient or business. Should a code for e.g. Friends and Family become freely accessible online, we have the right to cancel that code.
Codes will have an advertised end date and cannot be redeemed later than the end date.
Promotions can be withdrawn at any time.
