Great pannier covers

I bought two of these for my wife for her 30x40x15 panniers. Really easy to fit in seconds and non-directional so you don't have to be waste time wondering which is the top. Secure snap fastening at the back. Hi-viz and reflective dots work brilliantly and seem to encourage vehicles to take a wider berth when overtaking. Great value too.
