UK Standard*
£3.95 - Standard Delivery provides delivery within 3-5 working days, for orders under £40.
FREE - Standard Delivery provides delivery within 3-5 working days, for orders over £40
Next Day Delivery*
£4.95 - Next Day Delivery provides delivery next working day for orders placed before 12pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
**Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Most of our UK orders are sent with Evri, your Shipped email will contain the tracking details usually sent within 1 business day can vary in busy periods.

the Republic of Ireland and some European countries. UK non-mainland deliveries are subject to courier

How to track my order
We will email you to the email address your order confirmation has been sent to when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order. This can take 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel my order/amend my order once placed
Once your order has been Placed we're unable to cancel or amend any orders or addresses, but orders can be returned for a refund using returns service with 30 days of receipt using our returns portal UK only

What are your shipping policies
Orders are processed and shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered in the UK and 5-10 working days on international orders. Shipping times are estimates.
I want to change my delivery address, can I do this
Please note once an order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed/amended.
What does my order status mean
When an online order is accepted, it goes through several status changes during the delivery journey.
Order Received
Your order has been successfully placed.
Order Processing
Your order is being prepared and packed.
Order Complete
Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse the courier has collected from us and it is on its way to you.
Delivered
Your order has reached its destination.
Can I choose express delivery for orders outside of the UK
Unfortunately, only standard delivery is available for international orders at this present time.
Can I order to multiple addresses
We can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time.
Do you offer Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on any order over £40
From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials, these will be displayed on the website when the promotion is live.
Which Countries Do You Deliver To
We deliver to: UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding Azores & madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Las Palmas & Santa Cruz de Tenerife) & Sweden
We are only able to ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
How Long Will Delivery Take
Delivery date depends on the service you have chosen and the day/time of ordering.
UK Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
UK Next Day delivery is next working day on orders placed before 12pm.
International Standard delivery usually takes 5-10 working days.
International Express delivery- IS NOT AVAILABLE
Orders placed after 3pm, on working days, will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday, unless there is a bank holiday.
What if I am not in when you make a delivery
If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver your order , our courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave in a safe place. You will need to check your tracking information to see where they have left your parcel.
Are local taxes and duties included in the product price
To make worldwide shipping easy, we have included duties and taxes in the product prices.
