Our Women's legwear range now features the Altura Progel Plus Women's Cargo Bib Shorts designed with rider comfort and convenience in mind.

Featuring a Women's specific 3D Progel Plus pad which has been engineered using Italian materials and an innovative moulded design exclusive to Altura, the pad includes dual density foam and rooted gel which not only provides excellent comfort but will retain its anatomical shape - ride after ride.

X-Body straps ensure a fit that keeps these bib shorts in place while retaining upper body comfort and preventing chafing. Stretch mesh on-body cargo pockets provide extra storage and convenience for fuel and essential items whilst added reflective detailing in key areas will help you to stay visible to others in lower light conditions.

Disappointed

Having heard great things about the Altura range of cycle clothing I decided that my next pair of bib shorts would be from Altura. However I’m very disappointed. The padding is very thin, no better than my worn out old pair and uncomfortable to walk in as the pad wants to go in-between by bottom cheeks. Also the bib is low at the back so when in leant forward there is only about an inch above my cycle jersey before the shorts end. Plenty of height at the front through over the stomach so I did double check to ensure I didn’t have them on back to front! I’m disappointed with the price I paid and to not even have a comfortable padding.
